How can we help?

How booking works, who you pay, what our badges mean, and what listing a vehicle costs. If your question is not here, ask us — the address is at the bottom.

No. You can send a booking request as a guest — you give your name and mobile number, and you get a booking ID you can follow at Track Booking with that same number. An account keeps all of your bookings in one place and saves you re-typing your details, but nothing on the site is behind it.
Not immediately. A booking is a request that goes to the dealer, who accepts or declines it. Nothing is confirmed and nothing is owed until they accept. You can watch that happen from the tracking page, and you are told when it changes.
From the dealer's daily rate and the dates you chose, counting both the first and the last day of the rental. The day count is calendar days in Pakistan time, so the same two dates cost the same whatever time of day you collect the car. Anything beyond the rate — a kilometre allowance, fuel, a driver's hours — is whatever that listing states.
A request the dealer has not accepted yet can simply be withdrawn. After they accept, their cancellation policy applies — and it is shown on the listing before you book, including any free-cancellation window they offer.
Dealers are measured on how quickly they answer, and it affects where their vehicles appear on the site. If a request goes unanswered, withdraw it and book elsewhere — you have committed to nothing and paid nothing. Tell us as well, at support@driveonrent.pk.
You pay the dealer directly, under their terms, at handover. DriveOnRent does not collect your rental payment, does not take a deposit from you, and never asks for card details for a booking. Anyone asking you to pay DriveOnRent for a rental is not us — please tell us at support@driveonrent.pk.
Where a listing states one, it is held by the dealer and returned by the dealer under their own terms. It is never part of the rental price shown here and it does not pass through us. Ask the dealer what theirs is before you collect the vehicle.
No — because we never took the money. Any refund is between you and the dealer, under the policy that was published on the listing when you booked. We hold the record of that booking and of what was advertised, and we will use it if there is a dispute.
Whoever that dealer's terms say. A fine often arrives weeks after a rental ends, which is exactly why each dealer has to state who carries it — check it on the listing before you book, not at the kerb.
You must hold a valid licence and meet any age or licence-length condition the dealer states on the listing. They check this at handover and may refuse the vehicle if it is not met.
A vehicle is collected in the city it is listed in. Whether it may be returned somewhere else is the dealer's decision and is stated on the listing; some allow it only with their approval, and some price it separately.
Self drive means you drive it yourself. With driver means the dealer supplies a driver, and their hours and any overtime are part of that listing's terms. A vehicle can be offered as either or both, and the daily rate is usually different for each — the one you pick is the one you are quoted.
That we have checked the business behind the listing exists and have seen its documents. It is a check on the business — not a guarantee of any particular vehicle, price or rental.
That we have seen an insurance certificate for that specific vehicle and that it had not expired when the page was shown. It is not our insurance and we are not the insurer. What the policy actually covers is between the dealer and their insurer, so ask them before you drive.
Almost certainly not. Most listings simply have not been through a check yet. The absence of a badge means we have not looked — not that we found something.
Your name and mobile number reach a dealer only when that dealer accepts your booking, so they can arrange the rental with you. Dealers are told those details are for that booking and nothing else. The full position is under Privacy in our Terms of Service.
Nothing to list. The customer pays you directly and we take nothing from them. Instead you owe DriveOnRent a percentage of each completed booking. Your rate, everything it has been charged on, and your outstanding balance are all under Billing in your dealer dashboard.
After your business is verified and each listing is approved. Until then your vehicles are not shown to customers. Changing a verified detail — business name, owner, registration number, phone, address or city — sends your profile back for review and takes your listings off the site until it is checked again.
Fees build up as an outstanding balance against a credit limit shown in your dashboard. When the balance reaches that limit your vehicles come off the public site and the account is suspended until it is settled. Your existing bookings and your data are not deleted, and everything returns when the balance is cleared.
Directly by the customer, at handover, under your own terms. There are no payouts to wait for, because we never hold your money.
